Overview

MIKA Project Partners served as Owner’s Representative for the adaptive reuse of an existing church sanctuary into modern office space for ABC. The project included selective demolition and full upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support a functional, flexible workplace.

Construction was completed while the building remained fully occupied, with careful phasing to maintain uninterrupted operations and training programs. The result is a thoughtfully reimagined space that balances the building’s original character with the needs of a modern office environment.
