Overview

Hallbrook Country Club in Leawood, Kansas, embarked on a series of renovations and expansions to enhance the member experience and modernize its facilities. MIKA Project Partners was hired to serve as Owner’s Representative, providing oversight for a comprehensive transformation of the clubhouse and sports amenities.

The project included the renovation and expansion of the clubhouse, including a new casual restaurant, dedicated wine lockers, and a remodeled banquet room reimagined as a versatile octagonal gathering space complete with a wet bar and wine cellar.

Athletic improvements further expanded the club’s amenities and included a new golf teaching and fitting studio, a new pro shop, additional pickleball courts, a covered four-court tennis bubble, and a short game practice area.
