MIKA Project Partners served as Owner’s Representative for the renovation and expansion of approximately 19,800 square feet of interior and exterior spaces at Carriage Club. The project focused on modernizing key amenities while preserving the character and tradition of this longstanding Kansas City institution.

The outdoor improvements include a reimagined pool deck and pergola area that now offer shaded lounge spaces, updated seating, and cohesive landscaping. These enhancements improve circulation and functionality while creating an inviting and visually cohesive setting for summer activities.

Interior renovations revitalized the club’s casual hospitality spaces, including the snack bar, bar, and lounge areas. The result is a thoughtfully modernized Carriage Club that balances tradition with transformation, elevating both the member experience and the overall atmosphere.
