MIKA Project Partners provided comprehensive Owner’s Representative services to Partners Surgical for a new ground-up construction of a single-story ambulatory surgery center. The facility includes three operating rooms, one procedure room, a spacious reception and patient waiting area, and a full complement of administrative and clinical support spaces.

As the Owner’s Representative, MIKA Project Partners served as the client’s advocate throughout the entire design and construction process. Our role included leading project planning efforts, coordinating all project stakeholders, and ensuring that the Owner’s goals, budget, and schedule remained at the forefront of every decision.
