Overview

MIKA Project Partners was engaged as Owner’s Representative to oversee the design and construction teams for multiple renovation and expansion projects across the City of Grandview. Working closely with City leadership, Mika Project Partners also evaluated and recommended delivery methods to support project goals, budgets, and schedules.

These coordinated improvements span several municipal facilities, including a comprehensive renovation of City Hall and the Police Department, targeted expansions to Fire Stations 2 and 3, construction of a new covered structure for the Public Works vehicle fleet, and a full renovation of 1102 Main to serve as the City’s new DMV with improved accessibility and customer flow.
