Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center engaged MIKA Project Partners to serve as Owner’s Representative for the addition of a new Pediatric Wing on its existing campus near downtown Kansas City. The four-story expansion represents the next phase of campus development and reinforces the Health Center’s commitment to accessible, integrated, and patient-centered care.

The new Pediatric Wing includes a two-level, 60,000-square-foot medical office building constructed above a two-level, 382-space parking garage. Designed as a one-stop destination for families, the facility integrates medical, dental, and behavioral health services to support comprehensive well-child care. The welcoming, age-appropriate environment enhances patient comfort while supporting efficient clinical workflows and collaboration among care teams.
