Overview

MIKA Project Partners is serving as Owner’s Representative for Johnson County’s new 140,000-square-foot facility on the Sunset Campus in Olathe, Kansas. The project consolidates services from the Mental Health Department, Department of Health and Environment, and Department of Aging and Human Services Nutrition Programs into a single, centralized location.

Mika Project Partners is overseeing the project from design through construction, coordinating closely with stakeholders to deliver the facility adjacent to active, occupied buildings while minimizing disruption and maintaining safety and continuity of operations.
